The final merit list (rank) for admissions to Degree & Diploma Pharmacy courses in the Colleges/ Institutions located in Gujarat is scheduled to be published today. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will declare Pharmacy final merit list/ rank list at the official website jacpcldce.ac.in. There are around 4,534 seats in Degree course (B.Pharm) & 530 seats in Diploma in Pharmacy course for which ACPC is conducting the online admission process.
ACPC had asked the students to apply for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy & Diploma in Pharmacy in Government, Grant-in-aid and Self-financed Institutions located in Gujarat. The students were provided time from June 15 to 23 for completing online registration as well as submitting the filled registration forms at help centers. Accordingly, the provisional seat matrix was also published by the Admission Committee on June 27. Two days after it, the provisional merit list was published by ACPC, thus awarding provisional ranks to the registered students.
ACPC merit list for Pharmacy courses has been prepared by combining sixty percentage weightage of the percentile marks obtained in the theory subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics) in the qualifying exam and forty percent weightage of the percentile marks obtained in same subjects of GUJCET. As the provisional merit list was published on June 29, the choice filling for mock round was done up to July 6 and the mock round result was declared on July 10.
With the publication of ACPC merit list (final) today, the actual admission process will commence. ACPC will also publish the final list of Institutes along with the seat matrix today. The registered students will be able to fill the choices and change the preferences of choices for Admission Round 1 up to July 17 and the first allotment list will be announced on July 20.
During the choice filling, the students are required to indicate his/ her order of choices of courses and colleges/ institutions. The allotment of seats is done by considering the merit & category of candidate and availability of seats.
