Motivated by the success aquired by him in arena of realy estate he has also explored his passion and amusement in cars and now very recently in rare collectible supercars too. We spoke to the very successful international personality on his passion for luxury cars, his inspiration and expansion plans as his company is all set to roll out expansion plans and ventures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Europe.
He owns a white Lamborghini Roadster, about which he posts quite prominently on his Instagram account. It is a 50th Anniversary collectors edition, number 93 of only 100-unit production run – and is sometimes referred to as having the panda spec. This is the third Aventador he have been fortunate enough to own. The previous two were not part of any limited series so he really used those comparably more than the panda. He counts every kilometre on this car as He doesn’t want to clock up the mileage. This car is as much an investment as it is an supercar to be enjoyed. So He feels every moment in this car is even more special than the previous two.
“At times, it can be challenging raising a family while pushing the business forward and being a member of our fantastic Supercars Club. Finding and managing time is the most challenging aspect. Without balance and proper time management, I don’t think I would be where I am today”, he told this on maintaining balance between real estate and on being a committee member in Supercars Club.
He said that his not the only luxury cars fan his family, He said, “My father and my brother Bassim are both passionate about cars. My father instilled this passion in us at a young age. He himself has had a few collectable cars in the past, including the very rare and fantastic Aston Martin Lagonda Tickford addition which I believe was only one of five ever built. The car was produced in the early 80s and features very interesting and unique design language both inside and out, and has modern features like the rear TV screen and picnic tables.”
In five years, he hopes that through hard work and dedication, his real estate business would expand to include more facets. He is building a team of professional consultants who are experts in their respective fields. His goal is to maintain his reputation and help as many clients as possible.
According to him, his father brilliantly inspired him to follow in his footsteps and has been an immense source of support and encouragement. Very early on, he persuaded Bayat, to change careers from stock trading and get into real estate. It was the best move He has ever made and it is all down to him. He has never looked back since then.
“Our company will be expanding into local and international territories. Soon at the right time, we intend to re-establish our presence in the UAE – especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In Europe, we have identified the UK and London as one of the safest investment destinations on the planet, and will feature prominently as part of our future plans”, said Bayat about his expansion plans throughout the globe.
