newznew (Chandigarh) : It’s a day of ostentatious display of talent at the cricket field! Budding Stars have shown a tremendous amount of spirit in the todays trial match at Sector 26, LIC Ground, Chandigarh. More than 400 cricket players applied for the participation and participants were from Chandigarh and Tricity, Punjab, J&k, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Nasik. At the first day of trial total 160 participants gave their audition and their result will be out on 17^th June. Tomorrow around 250 participants will give their audition.

Expounding on the platform, Vishal Uppal-Chairman, Pratibhashali said, “ Our purpose of nation wide cricket hunt is two fold. One is to seek raw and imperceptible talent to showcase their skills and abilities in trial matches, turned into a great platform for every deserving cricketer to naturally develop individual ambition; the other purpose is to help young rookies out into sports arenas. We are confident that this tournament will emerge as a very powerful youth mobilization program.”

Pratibhashali platform is established by renowned former cricketers Maninder Singh and Darren Lehmann that is being conducted under the supervision of cricketing experts and former Indian cricket players. This is their endeavour to complement and upgrade the rising stars through information, teaching, gorging and service. 11 best handpicked players will be sent to Darren Lehman Cricket Academy (DLCA) Australia on three weeks fully sponsored trip for further training. Selection of candidates purely relies on the merits of fitness, performance and technique. The selected will be brought to spotlight and will stand a chance to debut in IPL.
