CIL result 2017, MT exam result is out now. Coal India Limited (CIL) has declared the result of it’s Management Trainee (MT) examination 2017 that was conducted on March 26. The details of CIL MT result 2017 has been uploaded at Coal India’s recruitment domain: www.coalindia.in where candidates who took the test can view their status.

A detailed notice was released here on Saturday evening by Coal India which said that the list of candidates selected in Coal India’s management trainee test which was conducted in computer based mode. The CIL result 2017 has been uploaded discipline wise and in the form of PDF which contains the roll numbers/names of candidates who have been selected to appear for the interviews; the next phase in the recruitment process. The selection of candidates to the interview session is done on the basis of their performance in the computer based test of CIL MT.

To check their Coal India MT result 2017, candidates may visit the official website (www.coalindia.in) and then open the notice that says “List of shortlisted candidates of MT 2017 Exam (Advertisement No. 02/2017)”. After that, select the discipline you have taken the examination for and look for your name in the list. If it’s there, means you’ve qualified, otherwise not.

In the press note, Coal India has further said that the names of shortlisted candidates in the CL MT result PDF have been arranged in alphabetical order, and not in the order of merit.

The interview scheduled has not been notified yet and will be placed online at CIL website in due time. The call letters to the qualified candidates for interviews will also be issued online via it’s website.

Coal India Limited had conducted the online test for recruitment of 1,319 management trainees in the company in 18 different disciplines, including likes of electrical, mining, civil, mechanical, industrial engineering and more. Lakhs of aspirants applied and appeared for the recruitment examination but only few thousand have made it to the next round of selection criteria. Candidates who will crack the interviews, will get the job given that all things are right.
