NewZNew (Chandigarh) : A Delegation of Property Consultants Association (Regd.) Chandigarh, led by Sh Raj Kumar Pal, President and Sh Madan Lal Garg, Chairman met Sh. Maninder Singh, Hon’ble Chairman, Chandigarh Housing Board, Chandigarh and discussed various difficulties faced by Allottees/GPA holders and handed over a Charter of Demands. The discussion continued for about 90 minutes and Hon’ble Chairman assured the delegation to do the best possible, and that the demands will be discussed in Board of Directors meeting.
In the meeting alongwith Chairman, Mr Jasrotia, CAO and Mr Mann, LO were also present. The Delegation was assured that the Chandigarh Housing Board will make the transfer process easier and will rationalize the transfer fees. The Transfer fees for subsequent transfers will also be reduced. The Delegation also suggested that Possession should be given to GPA Holder without transfer on charging a Nominal Fees(Category wise). In the meeting, the Chairman also proudly told the Delegation that the Chandigarh Housing Board has successfully completed 40 years on 29th March, 2016, and that he will make more public friendly policies.
In the delegation Sh B.K.Sharma (sr. Vice President), Sh. Gurnam Singh Saini(General Secy.), Sh. Kuljit Singh Mintoo(Finance Secy.), Sh R.S.Sohal(Organising Secy.), Sh. J.S.Sandhu(Chief Advisor) and Sh. Naresh Kumar Thamman(Chief Spokesman) were also present.
