Sweeping you away with patriotic fervor, DLF Place, Saket is showcasing an exhibition to give a tribute to those who selflessly fought for our freedom. Witness the spirit of freedom with the marvelous tri colored art installation, ‘Soul of India’ positioned artistically at the mall.
To make the Independence celebrations more memorable, a special exhibition showcasing handmade sketches of freedom fighters is displayed at the mall to pay a tribute to the country’s brave hearts.
Putting little hands at work, Foodhall is giving kids a chance to become a chef with special chef classes for kids on 13th August, 2016 at 6:30 PM.
Coming forward with an endeavor to celebrate our national identity, DLF Place presents a marvelous ‘Soul of India’ art installation, made with tri colored flowers with lotus petals and the chakra at the centre that represent triumph and honor. The flower in full bloom represents how unity in diversity has driven this nation to its radiant present. This installation art is a perfect embodiment of India’s glorious past, present and invitation to a brighter and prosperous future.

To imbibe the fascinating history of our country to the kids, various fun and engaging activities are taking place on 13th and 14th August at the mall. ‘Soil of India’, a story telling, pottery and hand clay modeling session will be conducted on 13th August from 3:30 PM onwards, where stories of our brave freedom fighters will be recited to kids, along with activities like musical session, painting earthen pots, planting seeds of hope and courage and collage making. Keeping fitness of children in mind, Cardio sessions, Mixed Martial Arts and Balance and Functional Training will also be given to kids. In addition to this, ‘Crafts of India’ session will take place on 14th August from 3:30 PM onwards for kids. During this session, activities like Panchtantra story reciting, Pouch/Wallet making with the use of traditional material like Gota, collage making, musical session, storytelling through musical natak, kite making will take place, along with dance session on Bollywood tracks and Zumba.
