NewZNew (Chandigarh) : The Punjab Government has suspended five conductors of Punjab Roadways Hoshiarpur depot on charge of forgery.
Disclosing this here today S. Malwinder Singh Jaggi, Director Transport Department, Punjab said that Sukhwinder Singh, Ashwani Kumar, Denish Pal, Jasmanjot Singh and Ajay Kumar (All Punjab Roadways Hoshiarpur Depot. Conductors) were working in the Ticket Box Branch and Computer Branch.
A complaint was received regarding missing of ticket boxes. He said that after the inquiry of the matter all these conductors were found guilty of forgery. Taking serious notice of the forgery, the department has put all these conductor under suspension with immediate effect, he said.
