Free workshop on pain and stress management held: Society for Divine Reiki Meditation (NGO) with the help of Senior Citizen Association Sector 27 Chandigarh organised a free workshop on pain & stress management.
The workshop was held at Community Centre Sector 27B Chandigarh and was supported by the Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI) Chandigarh Chapter.
The workshop was organised by Mehak Singh, Secretary Society for Divine Reiki Meditation (NGO) and founder of ‘Being Almast’ – Blissful Living, a proven healing method designed for modern times.
The workshop was conducted by Jasjeet Suri, a motivational speaker, a writer and a marine engineer by profession. He shared the key areas to work on for stress management. He elaborated how to effectively use each key area and get rid of pain & stress.
Surinder Bahga, President FSAI Chandigarh Chapter stated that old people due to loneliness & limited regenerative abilities are more vulnerable to stress. Today’s workshop was designed so that they can manage stress on their own.
Loveleen Kaur, President Senior Citizen Association Sector 27 Chandigarh shared that Senior Citizens are an asset to the society and the ideal mentor. Such types of workshops will be organised time and again so that maximum benefit can be provided to them.
Shikha Nijhawan, President RWA Sector 27 D Chandigarh and Jasjot Singh Almast, Founder President Society for Divine Reiki Meditation (NGO) were especially present on the occasion.
