NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Recently appointed Member of Punjab State Commission for Scheduled Castes Mr. Karanveer Singh Indora today assumed charge of office here at Punjab Civil Secretariat.

Mr. Indora took the charge of office in the presence of Chairman Punjab State Commission for Scheduled Castes Mr. Rajesh Bagha. After assuming the charge, Mr. Indora said that they would carry forward the programmes and policies of the Punjab government to safeguard the interests of Scheduled castes in the state. He said his priority would be to channelize his energy in the area of Education as Chairman Mr. Bagha was extensively working for the education of SC students. He said they would also collectively take up the issues pertaining to SC community in the state.

Mr. Raj Bahadur Singh Deputy Director, SC Commission  and relatives and friends of Mr Indora were also present on the Occassion.
