NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Get ready to relish the flavors of 05 state food festivals in James Hotel Chandigarh. The Hotel is all set to host a 10 Days ‘5 State Food Festival’ to begin on 11th November. The food connoisseurs would get a chance to try assortments of traditionally prepared 5 state cuisines here. The Festival is being organized by James Hotel PVT Ltd. (Formerly Park plaza) Chandigarh at Pool side here Chandigarh. H. S. Arora, MD, James Hotel said that hotel will kick off the Food Festival to tingle the palette of people from different segment. The Food Festival will offer very sumptuous and appetizing cuisines. The food festival would offer a pocket friendly menu of finger smacking dishes ranging from traditional Indian cuisines to traditional drinks.
The Executive Chef Aashish Bali said that the innovatively designed menu of ‘5 State food festival’ includes lip-smacking vegetarian delicacies like Mala bari paranthas Makka Cholam,Veg Korma, Veg stew ,Set dosa with sagu ,Lahori Chole and vegetable of the day, and a variety of Bikaner and Missa Pranthas among others. He further said that non-vegetarian delicacies includes chicken Chetind, Haleem Mutton, makhmali chicken tikka, naram-garam kalmi kabab, tandoori shammi kabab among others.
Chef Aashish Bali said that for desserts, one can have savor of traditional Indian dessert sheer Kurma, Double Ka meetha kesri kheer, jalebi rabri, malpua rabri and pista gulab jamun & Mithi Kachori.
To create the ambience of Hotel, a special décor giving a distinctive look of 5 state food festival tradition and culture would be set up at the Pool side.
During the “5 state Food Festival”, Hotel James will have special buffet with different regional cuisines from India where the foodies will be able to pamper their taste buds and enjoy a diverse range of Indian dishes in Cinemon restaurant.
