Referring to the pressure being mounted by doctors’ associations in Ludhiana incident, the Minister said this incident has not only brought bad name to the department but the entire medical fraternity. He said a committee under Deputy Commissioner has already been constituted to look into the matter and preliminary enquiry reveals that the concerned doctor was not available despite repeated calls.
