newznew (Chandigarh) : The exuberant spirit of Lohri was witnessed at The British School, Sector 44, Chandigarh. The tiny tots of the primary wing, dressed up in traditional attire, danced and made merry around the bonfire, especially lit for the occasion of Lohri.

Thereafter, the senior wing students also joined them in the fun and frolic. Popcorn,

Peanuts, were distributed among the students who threw them in the bonfire to mark the tradition of Lohri. The natural element of fire was paid respect to accompanied by joyous celebrations.
