NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri, Students has become the first private college in India whose first placement of its first engineering batch is in Microsoft and Wipro Sap labs, Deloitte, Yodlee, John Derre. As many as 33 students are recruited at this campus. The recruited students got package of 9 Lakh per annum.

Speaking about the placement policy of CGC Jhanjeri, President, Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal said that our objective is to provide placements to all the eligible students before they pass out. He further added that a 360 degree pre placement Training is given to the students, which includes training for Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Soft Skills, Technical and HR rounds. According to him the main reason of such placement is training provided by the campus from the very first year of joining the campus .Students become competent in their interested subject while reaching their last semester and get best and deserved placement due to their academic and placement training .
