In view of this, the Vice Chancellor Sanjay Deshmukh resigned from the post. Mr. Sanjay Deshmukh had earlier assured the Governor and Chancellor of the varsity Vidyasagar Rao that they would be able to declare the results by July 31. Mumbai University had recently implemented the new assessment system for checking the answer scripts. Earlier the results of Mumbai University were declared in the month of May-June.

For checking the Mumbai University 2017 Results, the students who had appeared  for the under graduate exam will be required to login to the official website and enter the required details such as roll number, registration number and date of birth. The students would need to enter the required details as mentioned on the admit card. After which they would need to take print out of the results.
