NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Now you we not be able to access to the porn sites, because the Indian government has decided to banned these adult sites. According to the sources the MTNL, BSNL and ACT ISPs broadband users are unable to use these sites, whereas the Airtel, Tata Photon and cable internet users are not facing any such issues. According to Legally India, on one of Delhi’s broadband providers Spectranet, 11 out of the world’s 13 most popular porn sites are inaccessible. The site has been blocked as per the instructions of Competent Authority.

Watching porn is not crime and when you are 18+, then it is legal to watch adult movies. We tried verifying it on MTNL Mumbai connection and popular sites such as Pornhub and Youporn would not open. It seems like the service provider is blocking sites with terms such as ‘porn’ in its title.

Earlier Chief Justice of India HL Dattu had observed that banning the watching of porn at home would be “a violation of Article 21”, the right to personal liberty.

Earlier in India there were several debates about the blocking of porn websites. Chief Justice Of India HL Dattu had asserted that the blocking someone from watching porn at home violates “Article 21″, the right to personal liberty.
