Makers of the film unveiled the music of the film in city on Monday,
slated to be released on August 7, 2015
NewZNew (Chandigarh) : The world knows that Punjab and Punjabis always find an alternate way out which is popularly called Jugaad. That spirit of doing the impossible is being given a salute in the form of a comedy Punjabi film ‘Jugaadi Dot Com’. This production of Show Start Productions and Cinemabaaz is all set to bring together some of the renowned names of Punjabi industry including Nachhatar Gill, Feroz Khan, Sarb Chawla, Rana Ranbir, Megha Sharma, Mansi Sharma, Komya Virk, Bhotu Shah and Ashish Rana. The film has been directed by Anil Vij. The music of the film was released on Monday at Score Club, Sector-8 in the presence of the main cast.
Released under the label of ‘SMI Music’, the album has eight tracks in total for which Gurmeet Singh has composed the music. Lyrics have been penned down by Bobby Phillaurwala for six songs and Inderjit Nabha and Goldy Gill have penned one song each. Nachattar Gill, Feroz Khan and Rajni Jain have lent their melodious voices for the songs. The list includes romantic, peppy and sad songs and the album is apt for listeners of every age group. The titles are ‘Ishq Khuda’, ‘Tich Button’, ‘Kudi Decent’, ‘Khidona’, ‘Bewafai’, ‘Dildar’, ‘Sass Meri’ and the title track ‘Jugaadi’.
Present at the scene were Nachattar Gill, Feroz Khan, Sarb Chawla and Megha Sharma. Talking about the album Nachhatar Gill said, “I really enjoyed working and singing for the movie and am sure that all my fans will shower their love on this album. All the songs are youthful and the album is multi-genre which a good package should ideally have.”
Feroz Khan said, “The songs have been beautifully placed throughout the story of the film. The words and the tunes match the mood of the situations and hence become the USP of the film.”
Actor-Producer Sarb Chawla added, “To give a premium feel to the film, we’ve made sure to shoot these songs in a premium way. The film is meant to be watched with the whole family and music is certainly going to be loved by everyone.”
