NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : Students of St Soldier’s, Mohali, showed their Athletic capabilities in ‘Athlofest-2015’ — the School’s Annual Sports Day. The event was organized at GMADA Sports Sports Complex, Sector 78, Mohali. The Chief Guest at the occasion was Tejinderjit Singh Virk, DSP (Intelligence), Mohali.

The event started with an impressive march past by students ‘Onward We March’ which was followed by Lighting of the Torch,  Kaleidoscope was held after this and finally the students showed their sporting prowess in the Athletic Events.

The Closing Ceremony of the sporting extravaganza was held in which the Guest of Honour was Avneet Kaur, Assistant Commissioner General, Mohali. The highlight of the closing ceremony was the prize distribution to winners of the sports events. A performance titled ‘Khela Di Balle Balle’ was a hit with the audience. The School Anthem was sung by the students with which the event came to an end.
