NewZNew (Chandigarh) : One of the leading infrastructure companies in the country Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (SIIL) (B.S.E Code: no: 532904) has announced that it has made rapid progress in redevelopment of the Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College & Hospital (KCGMC) in Karnal, Haryana.
Mr. Vikram Sharma, Managing Director, Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd has said, “It is with great pride that we announce that work on this medical college & hospital in memory of late Kalpana Chawla is going on at a rapid pace. Supreme Infra bagged this redevelopment project from government of Haryana, the work of which started in early 2014 but got delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances. In order to complete the project at the earliest, Supreme Infra has augmented its manual labor force to over 300 which is working day and night at the site. The company has also increased procurement of construction material and is reviewing the progress at every level in order to deliver the project within its planned schedule.
Presently, the company is working on completing two major buildings that will house the teaching section and auditorium block by July 2015 so that new students can join without any difficulty. The remaining part of the project will be completed by end of this year.
