The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board 2017 TNUSRB Police Constable Results 2017 have been delayed. it is expected that will be declared soon at the at the official website soon. For checking the  Tamil Nadu TN Police Merit List  soon at the official website tnusrbonline.org and tn.gov.in, it would be important for the candidates to check the merit list by logging in to the official website and entering the required details to know their position on the merit list.

TNUSRB had earlier issued notification for the post of Police Constables, Jail Warders and Firemen recruitment exam  which was held on May 21, 2017. The exam was conducted in  various centres across Tamil Nadu. The TNUSRB recruitment Board had started the registration for TNUSRB Police Constables, Jail Warders and Firemen Exam on January 23,  2017.

The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board 2017 TNUSRB has a released the preliminary answer key for the exam and candidates who clear this round will be called for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), endurance test and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates will be able to access their results from the official website tnusrb.tn.gov.in and tnusrbonline.org. It would be important for the aspirants to visit the official website  tnusrb.tn.gov.in or tnusrbonline.org. For checking the results and merit list it would be important to click on the result and enter their registration number. It would also need to take out print out of the TNUSRB merit list.

The applications were invited from January 23, 2017 to February 22, 2017 by The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board 2017 TNUSRB . There will be a total of 15,664 vacancies and 47 backlog vacancies under this recruitment, taking the total number to 15,711. The total number of vacancies are 13,137 (+46 backlog) posts for Police Constable, 1,015 (+1 backlog) for Jail Warders and 1,512 Fireman. The Government constituted the TNUSRB with the following composition which include Chairman, A Police Officer in the rank of DGP either serving or retired Member, a serving or retired Police Officer in the rank of ADGP and Member Secretary , a Police Officer in the rank of IG of Police.
