Verka launched #faceofverka contest on social media


The search is on!! Have you ever thought of seeing your picture in the advertisement of your favorite dairy brand? Imagined yourself on the billboard right across the street? Then here’s good news for you. Verka has announced the #faceofverka contest to search for the next face of the brand.

To participate in the contest you have to submit/ inbox your picture on Verka’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) with your name, contact number and email address. Or post the picture on your Social Media account with the hashtag #FaceOfVerka, your name, contact number and email address. The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed for the final announcement.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. JK Gupta , General Manager, Verka said.” We at Verka believe that it is very important to be connected to the consumers; social media gives us the right platform to do so. The contest is an opportunity to extend the Verka family and welcome some new faces.”

Social media plays a pivotal role in connecting the brand with the consumer by facilitating a two-way channel of communication. One can interact with target audience right down to a one-to-one level. Verka forayed in the social media wagon last year and has presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The contest is open for all across India with no age barrier.
