EVEN THE NRI SISTER AND NIECE OF YOGRAJ SINGH ARE NOT SPARED
PANCHKULA POLICE AND CIVIL ADMINISTRATION HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO HELP BRING THE CULPRITS TO JUSTICE.
NewZNew(Chandigarh) : The HUDA Government of Haryana proclaim that women are very much safe in Haryana , but the reality is proving to be the opposite and the HUDA Government is failing to honour their proclamations are protect the rights and dignity of women within Haryana.
In fact , the reality is that in Haryana , not only women but also NRI women are subjected to maltreatment and were assaulted .NRI’s are now vowing not to come back to Haryana until it is a safer place.. In light of the family relation to Yograj Singh, former Cricketer and current actor and being NRI’s , this raises even further questions as to what would be the situation for the women belonging to the lesser privileged strata of the society.
On hearing what the Ex-DSP and his sons have done to these NRI women , people are ashamed , disappointed and angry with the misadministration of the Haryana Government , with respect to the execution of Women’s protection and rights.
THE RETIRED DSP AND HIS TWO SONS RIPPED CLOTHES AND TRIED TO MOLEST THE NRI LADIES.
Kuljit Kaur, the NRI sister of Yograj Singh, former Cricketer and current actor, has told of how she , her children and family friend were assaulted and humiliated by the retired DSP and his two advocate sons on the night of the 24th August 2014. The clothes of Kuljit Kaur were ripped and foul derogatory language was used towards them. Further they were even attacked with an axe, a knife, saw and other weapons . Despite all of this , the Panchkula police did not correctly register their complaint and on the contrary , took to lodging a false FIR against Yograj Singh and the family friend , Bhupinderpal Singh.
THE RETIRED DSP HAS BEEN A PEEPING TOM BEFORE TOO.
Kuljit Kaur, clearly explained that the incident was not a parking brawl but instead it was a continuation of his perverted behaviour. He used to pass comments not only to Kuljit but also to other female relatives visiting and because of this she had even complained to the Sector 2 police post prior to this incident but the police did not intervene and took no further actions.
ON THE NIGHT OF 24th AUGUST 2014
Kuljit kaur , has told of how on the night of 24th August after attending the birthday party of the daughter of Yograj Singh , she had come home with the intention of briefly feeding the dog. She reached home around 8.15- 8.30 pm and Tanya got out of the car , approaching the main entrance to feed the puppy. As she got out , Assa Nand and his two sons , Sunil and Sumit Narang, grabbed her and began to drag her towards their house, proclaiming that “ NRI women are like animals …. we can do whatever we want to you and nobody can do anything to us….”. Hearing her screams, Kuljit jumped out of the car and when she tried to save Tanya, Assa Nand and his son grabbed Kuljit and ripped her clothes *************** he instructed “ take the ladies inside…we will put them in such a state that they will not be able to show their faces again…”. Aaron and Bhupinderpal Singh came out of the car and both were attacked with a knife, saw and axe aggressively. Assa Nand was heard saying “ Saloo koo maar dallo” in the direction of Aaron. There was a also a police officer named Sushil Kumar , Incharge Sector 2 Police post and when Kuljit begged him to intervene to save her children , he did not do anything. Kuljit further told that after somehow managing to escape from the clutches of Assa Nand and his sons , she in hysterics jumped into the still running car and drove as fast as she could to the sector2 police post . Here she requested the police people to help her , one of the police personnel dialled the PCR from their landline and told Kuljit to go back home as the PCR would be reaching their soon. On reaching back , she saw Assa Nand and his sons beating Aaron and Bhupinderpal .Assa Nand was still trying to hit Aaron with a saw and seeing this Kuljit ran out of the car to put her hand between the saw and Aaron to save him, from which she received a cut on her palm. At that instance, the PCR reached the spot and Kuljit told them to take away the weapons from the assailants , which they did. During this attack , a gold chain and Tanya’s Rolex watch were also snatched by Assa Nand and his two sons.
IPS CONNECTIONS
It has been told that the daughter of Assa Nand is a IPS officer of Karnataka cadre and his son-in-law is an IPS officer of Bihar cadre.
In the police station , SHO Baljit Singh told of how is was under tremendous pressure from to keep us in the Police station and he further clarified that if he did not follow that order he would have to lose his badge.Kuljit kaur submitted a handwritten complaint whilst at the police station on the 24th August , of which he initially refused to accept but penultimately took and then put away.
The Incharge of sector 2 police post , came to the house of Kuljit at sector 2 and was pressuring them to compromise , otherwise, false cases will be implicated upon them and he threatened that in this manner they would not be able to leave the country.A complaint with respect to this incidence has been given to the British Consulate.
SUPREME COURT DIRECTIONS CONCERNING WOMEN
The Supreme court of India has given clear cut instructions that in the event of a female complaining of any attempt of molestation or such related heinous crimes , an FIR should be registered immediately and the matter investigated as a step post the lodging. Not doing so would amount to contempt of court order. Despite the time period of over 30 days passing the Panchkula police is still not following the supreme court protocols in relation to the molestation and malintention towards the females that has occurred. Instead, they are adopting delaying tactics, saying an investigation is being carried out but nothing more on the matter till date.
