A day-long Orientation Programme organised by PTU Nalanda

NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : A day-long Orientation Programme was organised for the 19th batch of B.Tech-Industrial Engineering & Management and the 8th batch of MBA (Executive) at PTU Nalanda School of TQM & Entrepreneurship.

The Orientation Programme for these part-time degree programmes was attended by over 65 working professionals (Diploma holders & Graduates) from more than 40 organisations, from both Manufacturing and Service sectors.  Complementing the learners for their bold decision to “come back to School”, Chief Guest of the Inaugural Session, Mr Vivek Attray, IAS, stressed on the need to focus on creativity and innovation and undertake activities that bring life-long happiness.

Welcoming the new learners, the School’s CEO Mr Manish Trehan, assured them of an unparalleled academic experience that would transform their career to the level next. Giving an overview of the programmes, he said that these programmes will equip the learners to face the accelerating change in today’s complex business environment.   Also present on the dais were our Chairman Padma Shri Chandra Mohan, Mr RP Sehgal, Member of our Governing Council, and HoD – Management Studies, Prof JPS Sibia who addressed the students.

Some senior students of the School also shared their experiences with the new learners on how these programmes, which are specially designed for working professionals, have positively impacted their professional and personal lives. They encouraged the learners to remain focused as they embark on this unique journey of transformation.
