Allen awards school students who excelled in competitions


NewZNew (Chandigarh) : The Allen Career Institute, Sector 34 today awarded the students of the various schools of the tri city who performed well in the competitions held recently.

The competitions were a part of summer camp which was organized in association of the Pre Nurture and Career foundation (PNCF) division.  This camp was organized to encourage the talented children of classes VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of the various schools of the tri city.

The camp was organized under the guidance of Ankur Tripathi, division head of the Pre Nurture and Career foundation (PNCF). During the linguistic and external summer camp the competitions like GK Quiz, Poster Making, Storytelling, Poem Recitation, Extempore, English, Mental Ability and Vedic mathematics were held.

C.V. Kalyan Kumar delivered a lecture to the students and prizes were given away by Vinay Makin faculty head math and Administration head Sanjeev Singh, M Anil Tiwari, Saurabh Gangal.  Approximately 200 parents of winner students from all across the tri city were present in the function.

Kalyan Kumar while speaking on the occasion stressed on importance of self-belief. He motivated the students to have full faith in their capabilities and strength. He said that with the concentration on the work one can achieve the goal in life.

According to him, Self-Belief is perhaps the most important aspect of a person’s personality that allows a person to overcome even trying circumstances. It is self-belief that allows a person to do his best against all odds.

Tricity toppers of last year IIT (advanced) Tricity toppers and ex-students of Allen Career Institute students  gave important tips on entrance exams to these young students.
