Earth Day at at Doon Public School, Panchkula

NewZNew (Panchkula) : ‘Earth Day’ was observed at Doon Public School, Sector-21, Panchkula with fervour on 22 April, 2015.The aim was to create awareness among students about the conservation of resources for achieving sustainable development. To make the day interesting and fruitful, activities like  Envelope Making, Painting, Slogan Writing and Essay Writing were organized for the classes III to XII.

Students pledged to plant a tree in their surroundings to make this day remarkable.The Principal Capt. Sanjay Anand SM motivated the students to save the Mother Earth without damaging the environment and try to celebrate everyday as  Earth Day.
