NewZNew (Panchkula) : SMD Little Champ Smart School organised a ‘Fresher’s Party’ to welcome their new batch of students for the session 2015-16 on 22nd May 2015. The kids were welcomed with open hands. open minds and above all open hearts. The party was a fabulous way to welcome the students who had already adjusted well for more than a month in the friendly and caring atmosphere of the school. The day began with kids coming in their trendiest clothes and dancing to the foot tapping dance numbers.
Community lunch was also organised to inculcate the value of sharing, brotherhood and togetherness among the students. It was a day full of fun and frolic. All the students were wished by teachers “Happy Holidays” by giving them umbrella, ice-cream, watermelon and juice glass made from different craft material.All new admissions were given beautiful “Welcome Cards” . Advik and Harsirat were adjudged Mr. and Ms. SMD. They were honoured by the school Principal Ms. Deepika. The Principal wished all the students “Happy Holidays” and gave them tips on how they should spend their Summer Vacation in a healthy and constructive manner. She also encouraged them to join Summer Camp organised by the school for their holistic development.
