The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) on Friday declared the mock allotment results for the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2017. The real allotment result will be announced on the evening of August 18, a report claimed. The DCET was held on July 2 and about 25,000 candidates appeared for it. Candidates shortlisted in the released real result must confirm the allotment by paying and fees and reporting to the college by August 24.
Reportedly,first seat matrix and fee structure for all disciplines have already started online from August 8. The second matrix will be displayed from August 31. The candidates had to apply for option entry between August 12 and August 16. The KEA also provided a provision to modify options from August 16 to August 18, i.e today.
All candidates must visit the official website, www.kea.kar.nic.in and log in. They will be required to select ‘DCET 2017’ which present on the right side of the webpage. Upon selection, they will be redirected to a new page in which candidates will need to select the link of the result. The candidates will have to enter their DCET number and press submit. The result will be declared.
The candidates must confirm their allotment, pay the fees and downloaded the admission order between August 19 to August 23. They will be required to report to the college before 5.30 pm on August 24.
