Origin Art Fair 19-an art exhibition showcasing works of 12 artists starts: Paintersden Artworks, in collaboration with BHS Group has put up an exhibition- Origin Art Fair 2019, showcasing nearly 100 works of 12 artists from India and abroad at Bestech Square Mall.
The exhibition will remain open for art enthusiasts till July 29(Monday). The inaugural event witnessed the presence of a former Mrs. India 2018 and an artist – Sanjana Sharma. Sanjana is also the Founder of Paintersden Art Works. Bhupinder Singh Nanda, an eminent artist & a Guru Dronacharya award winner, Gurdeep Dhiman, an international photographer and Gurdeep Sharma, an international painting artist also participated in the event held, to officially inaugurate Origin Art Fair 2019. Vikram Bawa, State Spokesperson, BJYM Chandigarh, was a special guest.
“International and well known artists from India are displaying myriad art forms like paintings and digital art at Origin Art Fair 2019. Apart from the showcase of art works the fair will also present a platform for workshops and a painting competition. A lecture will be given by artist Gurdeep Sharma on 27th and on 28th July a demonstration is slated by artist Ashish Deshmukh.” Said Sanjana Sharma, Founder, Paintersden Art Works.
It is noteworthy that, Sanjana, who is a winner of many beauty pageants, left a promising career in banking to follow her passion – promotion of art. Sanjana is herself a gold medalist in the field of art.
“The objective of ‘Origin Art Fair 2019’ is to encourage and inspire budding as well as established artists from across the region and the country. The artists have put in their souls into creating art works and the exhibition is an ideal place for art lovers to converge to appreciate the art and also pick up beautiful pieces of different genres.” Said Gurpreet Singh, Founder , BHS Group.
Meanwhile, the paintings put up by artists are attracting a lot of attention. The paintings have been made using different media like oil, pastels, acrylic, mix media. Various forms of paintings like realistic, abstract and modern art have been presented.
Dubai’s Anjani Prakash Laitu has put up his collection of paintings. Prakash Prajapati from Jaipur is showcasing his paintings. The other artists who are displaying their works include Sanjana Sharma -the Founder of Paintersden Art Works, Yuvraj Bajaj, Vinita Chaudhary from Faridabad, Gurdip Sharma, Yatin Marwah from Delhi, Reena Shirodkar from Goa, Aarti Mehta from Delhi, Sunita Handoo from Panchkula, Simple Chhabra from Amritsar, and Abhishek Shrivastava from UP.
“We are also organizing a painting completion on Sunday July 28 from 11 am till 1 pm which is open to all. We would like to have maximum participation in this.” Summed up Sanjana.
