NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Function will be a milestone in the history of Punjab employees in which Chief Minister of Punjab along with team of Ministers is participating in the retirement function of S. Satnam Singh Dhanoa SDE DWSS Punjab being held by Diploma Engineers Association Department of Water Supply & Sanitation (DWSS) Punjab. Delegates from SAARC countries and All India Federation of Diploma Engineers (AIFODE) are also participating.
In today’s Press Conferrence Er. A.K.M.A. Hamid President Institution of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh (IDEB) and Co-Chairman SAARC Diploma Engineers Forum (SDEF), Er. KP Singh President Diploma Engineers Association Nepal (DEAN) and Co-Chairman SDEF, Er. Saman Thalagala Vice President of Institution of Incorporated Engineers Sri Lanka (IIESL) along with their collegues addressed the media persons.
Delegates from differrent states including Odissa, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Karnatka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, UT Chandigarh, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Punjab’s DEAs participated in today press conferance.

Surinder Singh Tanda Secy. Gen. CDE, Er. Charanjit Singh Finance Secy. DEA DWSS, Er.D.C. Bhardwaj Advisor AIFODE, Er. Avtar singh Bhatt UT CHD, Er. Parvesh Kumar President DEA IB.
They told that this function is being held by DEA DWSS Punjab to highlight the glorious achievements achieved by Er. Satnam Singh Dhanoa while on various positions of Diploma Engineer Associations such as Chairman SAARC Diploma Engineers Forum (SDEF), President AIFODE, Chairman CDE Punjab, Haryana, HP, J&K and UT Chandigarh. Elevation of Er. Dhanoa to the level of SAARC is a matter of great pride for all the engineers of Punjab and whole region.
The response from SAARC and AIFODE delegates towards the function shows the love and respect for the services rendered by Er. Dhanoa during these years. He succeeded in the achieving the acceptances of various demands of Diploma Engineers with dedication, hardwork and honestly, for which he is known even in the SAARC countries.
His close relations with S. Parkash Singh Badal and S. Sewa Singh Sekhwan is known to one and all. Out of 40 years service in Government he worked for Associations at differrent levels. He achieved milestones in every sphere of life whether it is religious, political, social or trade unions. He also proved to be a good writer. Due to this he is very popular among Diploma Engineers in all over India and abroad.
