St Soldier’s School observes No Tobacco Day


NewZNew (Panchkula) : Saint Soldier’s School, Sec 16, Panchkula celebrated ‘No Tobacco Day’ with much enthusiasm and fervor in the school premises. Students presented various activities such as ‘Poster making’, ‘Power Point Presentation’, ‘Report Writing’ and ‘Essay Writing’. The posters were displayed around with messages on the negative effects of the use of tobacco. This activity created an effective awareness among the students.


They applied their knowledge, observation and creativity through a variety of media on the spot. “This went a long way in making students aware of the ill effects of smoking & why it was an urgent need for smokers to shun this habit for their healthier future.” Said Renu Diwan, Principal, St Soldier’s School, Panchkula.
