NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Senior students attended a workshop on stress management at The British School, Sec 44, Chandigarh. The workshop was aimed at guiding students on how to relieve them-selves from stress in order to excel in their chosen subjects. Students were involved in an interactive session after a power point presentation and a short lecture by Dr Ajayita Chanana, An Expert in Stress Management.
The students put forth various questions related to parental pressure and the expert explained to them how to deal with the situation positively. “Such workshops are a need of the hour as the pressure on students to excel in all walks of life is growing.” Said Mona Sethi, Principal.
