NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : PTU organized a Joint Campus Placement Drive at GJIMT, Phase 2 Mohali . More than one thousand candidates from various educational backgrounds like, B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, BBA and MBA attended the job fair. As many as 15 companies participated in the placement drive for 496 different posts . Where as many as 178 students got shortlisted by the companies with the starting packages from 1.2 lacs to 4 lacs per annum, Rest result will be declared by companies later .The event was inaugurated by Er. Navdeepak Sandhu, Deputy Director PTU . While Assistant Director IKG PTU, Hirdesh Madan was special guest at this occasion.

According to him with huge hiring requirements, the placement drive would facilitate recruitment and enable jobseekers to fulfill their aspirations and meet the need of today’s Industry.
