NewZNew (Jalandhar) : Washington Apple Commission brought the freshness of apples straight from the orchards of Washington State to Jalandhar on April 10, 2016. As part of a 70 city national campaign called ‘The Washington Apple Wagon Tour’, Washington Apple Commission created a fun and exciting event for people at Deshbhakt Yadgar Hall, Opp. MBD Mall, Jalandhar.

The roadshow, spread across two months, is aimed to educate the apple lovers about the succulent Washington apple varieties available in India along with a number of delights. Within a span of two days, ‘The Washington Apple Wagon Tour’ in Jalandhar attracted excellent participation for various contests and competitions. Not only this, lucky consumers also got a chance to win a host of prizes while being educated on health benefits of Washington apples.
