MCC to conduct open auction of Fish Market sector 41 on August 26: The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh is going to conduct open auction of Fish, Meat & Poultry products Market, Sector 41, Chandigarh on 26th August 2020 at 11.00 am.
Interested participants, who deposit EMD of Rs. 50 thousand before start of auction at site shall be eligible for participation in the auction. 24 Booths having area of 21.21 Sq. mtr. @ Minimum reserve prize Rs. 12000/- monthly license fee, 5 booths having area 19.02 Sq. mtr. @ Minimum reserve prize Rs. 10000/- monthly license fee, 2 booths for whole sale having area 39.51 Sq. mtr. @ Minimum reserve prize Rs. 15000/- monthly license fee and 1 chill room having area 35.31 Sq. mtr. @ Minimum reserve prize Rs. 10000/- monthly license fee will be auctioned.
These booths will be given initially for a period of 5 years extendable upto another 5 years i.e. maximum 10 years.
In addition to that eating joints at Shanti Kunj, Sector 16 having plot area 976.96 Sq. ft. @ Minimum reserve prize Rs. 30000/- plus GST as applicable monthly license fee and 4 shops at Terraced Garden, Sector 33, Chandigarh @ Minimum reserve prize Rs. 3500/- plus GST as applicable monthly license fee will be auctioned through open auction in the conference room, MCC building, Sector 17, Chandigarh on 27th August.
